are sizing samples free?
Yes! Sizing samples are 100% free.
Are hat sizing samples available?
Unfortunately, we do not provide hat samples due to sanitation purposes. Below is the size chart for the 5 Size Stretch hat model used (manufactured by The Game).
do you provide custom sizing samples with my design(s)?
We do not not provide custom sizing samples. The sizing samples you will receive are blank Triton-branded samples or samples from other teams.
How long can i keep my sizing samples?
You can take all the time you need with your samples. But please note that you must return the samples before your team's order can be shipped.
do i have to return my sizing samples?
Yes, and we'll include prepaid return postage so that you don't have to pay to return them*. Please note that you must return the samples before we can ship your team's order. *Prepaid return postage is not offered for addresses outside of the USA, as well as APO/FPO addresses.
do you offer other fabrics?
For Ballparks of America events, Triton is exclusively offering our performance HexaFlex jerseys. Our pants utilize our DriFlex performance fabric.
Is there an additional fee to design my team's jersey and hat?
There is no additional fee for the design work for your team's jersey and hat. Your team's jerseys and hats are included in the registration fee for your Ballparks of America event.
I want to purchase a second jersey for my team. What is the cost?
It is no problem to order a second (or third) jersey for your team. The cost is $49.99 per jersey, which includes everything (all design work, team logos, player names, etc.). Free UPS Ground shipping is also included.
I want to purchase matching pants and/or socks for my event. What is the cost?
Custom matching pants and custom matching socks can be designed and ordered. The cost for pants is $59.99 per pant, while socks are $15.99 per pair. All design work is free, and there's no additional fees for team logos (UPS Ground shipping is also free).
