How long has triton been in the manufacturing space?
We (Triton) were established in 2008 and have been designing and manufacturing jerseys and apparel for tens of thousands of teams around the globe. We own and operate our own manufacturing facility, meaning we control the manufacturing process from start-to-finish.
what sort of organizations do you work with?
Triton's fundraising program is available for schools, businesses, and community/charity organizations who are looking for a more engaging fundraiser option. Our fundraisers are not intended for individual sports teams. We have a minimum fundraising purchase of 25 items*, making this the perfect solution for any group.
*If the minimum of 25 purchased items is not met by the fundraiser's initial processing date, all placed orders will be refunded.

Is there a startup cost?
There is no cost to start your fundrasier with Triton. We have a minimum fundraising purchase of 25 items, making this the perfect solution for any group. If the minimum of 25 purchased items is not met by the fundraiser's initial processing date, all placed orders will be refunded.
what sort of jerseys/apparel items are available for my fundraiser?
Triton's full line of custom sports jerseys, custom sports apparel, and all items from our Retro City pop culture brand are available for your fundraiser.

how many items can I include in my fundraiser store?
You can include up to twelve (12) items in your fundraiser store. The total of 12 items can consist of any mix between our custom jerseys, custom apparel/accessories, and Retro City items.
what percentage/markup can my organization make on each item sold?
Whatever you want. You set the sales price for each item and customize the amount you make for each item (the markup does not have to be the same for each item). You markup the sales price from our base wholesale price for each item.
what designs are available for each item? and are they available in my colors/logo(s)?
We offer a set design for each item you choose in any color scheme and unlimited logos. You choose the items you want and we take care of the design work and send to you for approval before opening your store. If you choose any of our Retro City Threads items, those exact designs (with no color alterations) will be offered.
is personalization offered? and what is the cost?
Yes, custom personalization with any name/number is free. Custom names/numbers are optional (you choose whether to allow custom names and/or numbers).
are orders shipped directly to the purchaser?
Yes, we handle all order processing and ship orders directly to the purchaser.
how quickly are orders shipped?
The turn time for all orders is 3-5 weeks shipped. Our turn times do extend toward the end/beginning of each year, so be sure to check with us during that time.
how long can my fundraiser store remain open?
You choose the initial processing date. Once that date has arrived, all orders up to that point are processed and sent to manufacturing. If you choose, you can keep your store open 24/7/365 and we will continue to fulfill all orders and generate their subsequent funds for you year-round.
