Yes, all Tiers have a minimum required package of 2 jerseys, 2 pants, 2 hats, 1 sock, and 1 belt per player.
However, you can mix-and-match jerseys and pants to meet your specific needs. For example, you can order 3 jerseys and 1 pant per player.
It is also no problem to order additional uniform items beyond the minimum required package.
