How can I receive a batpack design?
Browse our the color options shown above, make a note of which design numbers you want, and request your free designs by clicking the 'Request Your Designs' link below. Within the design request form, note the design numbers.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER FOR BATPACKS?
The minimum order is 12 BatPacks (we do not offer one-off re-orders of our Batpacks).
IS THE COLOR OF THE BATPACK CUSTOMIZABLE?
No. The colorways shown above are the only available options.
can my team logo(s) be added to the batpack?
Yes. There is no upcharge for adding your team's logo.
HOW WILL MY TEAM'S LOGO BE AFFIXED TO THE BATPACK?
All team logos are heat-pressed to our BatPacks.
can player numbers be added to the design?
Yes. Player numbers can be added as removable velcro patches for an additional $5 per BatPack.
do you sell direct or do i have to order through a sales rep?
We are direct to consumer, so you will never have to work with a sales person or middleman. You will work with us from design to delivery.
who manufactures the batpack?
Triton is its own brand with its own private factory. We handle the manufacturing process from start-to-finish to ensure superior quality.
what are your turn times?
Our standard turn time is 3-4 weeks, beginning the business day after the order is placed, paid for, and artwork approved. However, we do have extended turn times at the end/beginning of each year as we enter peak season. We also offer a 2-3 week rush option for an additional $15 per garment during non-peak season. Check our turn times page for current turn times.
