Free Agent
free agent plan
ALL ORDERS AND PAYMENTS ARE PLACED BY YOUR TEAM’S PARENTS/PLAYERS THROUGH YOUR ONLINE TRITON STORE.
$ 100 set-up fee
After you have finalized designs with your designer, you will be sent design proofs for approval before your store opens.
The items that are mandatory for your players/parents to order will be marked as *REQUIRED* (mandatory items are unlimited).
All items in your store will be full MSRP price (discounted package pricing does not apply).
An initial order processing date will need to be established with your designer (at your discretion) to send orders to production and provide a shipping window.
Once the processing date is set, your store will be opened and your players/parents can begin ordering. We handle all order processing and ship orders directly to the purchasers.

-The $100 setup fee for the Free Agent Plan will be invoiced online. Payment is required before the design process begins and before the store can be opened. Fee is non-refundable and applies each time the store is updated with new garments.
-The Free Agent plan includes two additional products (your choice) for purchase in your store.
-After the initial order processing, your store will remain open 24/7/365 for future re-orders. Hats, socks, batting gloves, and Bat Packs (if any) will be removed as they require a minimum order of 12+.
-Turn time is 3-4 weeks* shipped, beginning the business day after approval. Please allow up to one additional week for order fulfillment.
-Any and all communication must go through the team's primary contact. Any correspondence from players/parents will be forwarded to the team's primary contact. We cannot provide delivery dates on orders - we can only guarantee that orders will be shipped within the 3-4 week turn time*. No additional delivery updates can be provided.
-If minimums are not met for the initial order processing date, all orders will be canceled and refunded and store will be closed.

Our “PRESEASON” Online STORE WITH 4 products. Your TEAM's UNIFORM ORDER IS PLACED BY a COACH/ADMIN VIA OUR ONLINE ORDER FORM.
$ 300 set-up fee
Hats, socks, batting gloves, and custom Bat Packs cannot be included in your Preseason Store.

Your team's bulk uniform order must be placed via the Traditional ordering method (with the order being placed via our online order form).

This premium plan can be used in combination with any of the other plans and is for team's wanting the maximum amount of products in their store.

ordering hats through your store?
Because hats are the one thing we do not manufacture ourselves, all hats ordered through your store will be shipped directly to the primary point of contact directly from the hat manufacturer (The Game). It will be the responsibility of the team/organization to distribute hats. All purchasers will be emailed an order receipt which will serve as proof of a hat order.
