Our five step ordering process takes the hassle out of creating the most custom uniforms and apparel on the planet, letting you focus on more important things.
Getting the design process started is as simple as submitting a free design request. Once your design request is received, our in-house team of design professionals gets to work for you. Our design request forms are located at the bottom of every jersey/apparel page. View our custom uniform items or view our custom apparel items.
After creating your custom designs, your personal designer will post your designs online via a private webpage that only you have access to. Your designer will send the link via email and give you a follow-up call to to confirm receipt. Included in your request is three rounds of revisions, so we'll be able to tailor your designs to your exact specifications.
Once your designs have been finalized between you and your designer, place your order via our online order form. Once the order form has been received, your designer will send an online invoice for payment via credit/debit card. We also accept checks, money orders, or purchase orders from educational institutions.
After full payment has been received, your designer will send all art verifications to you for approval. Manufacturing will not begin until final approval has been received. After approval, your files will be sent to production, and your online store will be created and email to you for easy re-ordering. Your store will remain open 24/7/365.
Depending on our current turnaround time, your order will be shipped to your address via free UPS Ground Shipping. Be on the lookout for a shoutout from us on social media!
What does Triton offer? We offer custom uniforms for a variety of sports, as well as a full range of custom apparel and accessories. How much are your jerseys? All jerseys are, at most, are $49.99 (except for our custom Hockey jerseys, which are $54.99), which includes UNLIMITED customization, no art fees or extra charges, and FREE UPS Ground Shipping. Bulk discounts begin at 30 total jerseys. We also offer a 10% discount on a second (or third) set of jerseys. Ordering more than jerseys? What does unlimited customization include? As many logos/graphics that you want on your jersey, front and/or back player number, player name, etc. Literally everything is included in our pricing.
Do you provide a discount if I order a second jersey for my team? Absolutely. Each additional set of jerseys (beyond the first set) carries a 10% discount. This includes a second set for the same team, or each additional team within your organization. For example: Jersey #1 = $49.99 each Jersey #2 = $44.99 each *Discount applies to sets of jerseys ordered at the same time (i.e. paid for on the same invoice). Pricing shown is for an order of less than 30 total jerseys. Bulk pricing begins at 30 total jerseys.

I may add a player or two at a later date. Do you offer one-off re-ordering? Yes! After your bulk team order, you will be able to re-order an individual jersey (or any other quantity) of the same design whenever you need...for the rest of time. Your online store is open 24/7/365. We understand that your roster changes over time! We'll setup a free online store for easy re-ordering. *Semi-custom items, non-sublimated items (such as hats, socks, screen-printed/embroidered apparel) are not available to be added to team stores as they have specific minimums needed every time they are ordered.
What is the price of items in my team store? All items in your team store will reflect the same, base cost that was on your original invoice. (All pricing reflects any bulk discount(s) you received for your original team order). Please note that the second set (or multi-set) discounts will not apply to your store pricing. What payments do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. We also accept checks, money orders, and purchase orders from educational institutions. Please note that payment via check will delay the production process as production will not start until check has cleared. After you have submitted your order, an online invoice will be sent you for payment.
Are designs free and how soon can I see one? All designs are free. After we receive all necessary information from you (design, colors, collar, and all required logos), you will receive your designs asap from your own personal designer. How many revisions can I request after my initial designs have been created? If you would like for us to make revisions to the designs we have already created for you, it's no problem at all. Please note that we allow up to three revision requests to be made to your initial designs (if desired). After three revisions, we require an order to be placed and payment to be made. After an order/payment has been received, we can continue to make any requested revisions to your designs until you are 100% satisfied with the look of your jersey(s).
Why don't you have an online jersey builder? We feel you deserve more than just a bunch of pre-designed templates that require you to change the colors and specs of the garment on your own, which is why you are paired with your own professional Triton designer. We treat each customer as if you were our only customer, and tailor each and every detail to your exact specifications and create a truly custom work of art that will be unique to your organization. You will have a direct line of communication with your designer via phone, email, and chat.
I don't have a logo. Can you make a custom logo for me? Unfortunately, no. We do not provide custom logo services. We can only work with logos you provide for us. The reason for this is to keep our prices as low as possible and pass on the savings to you. Many companies either work their art charges into the price of their jerseys or charge hundreds of dollars for this service. Our goal is to delivery a quality, custom, authentic product at the lowest price possible. I already have a logo, but it's a little rough. Can you still use it? We prefer all logos/graphics to be in a vector format (.AI, .EPS, etc.), but we can still use your logo in whatever format if the resolution is high enough. Basically, the larger the image the better. We can redraw your logo/graphic if it is large enough.
How fast will I receive my jerseys and/or apparel (full-custom sublimated items)? After we receive final design confirmation from you, receive all sizes/numbers via our online order form, and receive payment in-full, our standard turnaround time is 3-4 weeks SHIPPED (not delivered). What is the turnaround time for re-orders placed in my online store? Re-orders ship within 3-5 weeks, beginning the business day the order is placed. Turnaround times do extend toward the end and beginning of each year (as referenced above). Processing and manufacturing individual re-orders for thousands of teams is a complex and difficult process, which is why we are the only custom uniform provider to do so. This is also the reason why there is an extra week added to the turn time. It may seem like the manufacturing process only involves one single jersey, but in reality, it involves hundreds of individual jerseys, all with different designs and difference customization, for a given timeframe. It's a tough process, but we are happy to provide it for our clients!
How fast will I receive my non-sublimated apparel order (semi-custom items)? Semi-custom (non-sublimated) items are all apparel decorated with embroidered and/or screen-printed logos. These orders ship within 10-15 business days beginning the business day after payment is received for the order. Do you ship outside of the USA? Absolutely. We have flat-rate pricing for our international customers. We can provide a quote upon request. Shipping times vary depending on destination location.
What sizes do you offer? We offer youth sizes (YXS - YXL) as well adult sizes (AS - 5XL) for all of our uniform and apparel items (Please note that our fastpitch pant sizes range from YXS - YL). Click here to view our sizing charts.
If I send you my custom measurements, can you provide custom sizing? No.
What fabrics are your jerseys made from? We offer multiple performance, moisture-wicking fabrics for your choosing for all of our custom uniform and apparel items. Click Here to learn more.
How are designs/graphics built into the jersey? We use high-quality sublimation printing to create your jerseys and apparel (except for our custom hats and custom socks). Sublimation allows us to manufacture nearly any design and create the look you want for your team. Sublimation does not crack, peel, or fade over time like many other decoration techniques, ensuring that our uniforms and apparel stand the test of time. Triton is a private label brand that manufactures its uniforms and apparel at its very own manufacturing facility. Triton has made a massive investment to establish its own facility with its own machinery, ensuring quality garment printing and construction, as well as fast turnaround times.
